The Board of Directors of GLM REIT Management Sdn Bhd, the Manager of Tower Real Estate Investment Trust ("Tower REIT"), wish to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of the SeventhAnnual General Meeting ("7th AGM") of Tower REIT dated 29 August 2019were duly passed by the unitholders of Tower REIT at the 7th AGM held today. All resolutions were voted by way of poll and the resultsof the poll were duly verified by SymphonyMerchantSdn Bhd, the independent Scrutineer appointed by Tower REIT. Details of the results of the poll are set out in the attachment.
