The Board of Directors of Tune Protect GroupBerhad("Tune Protect Group") is pleased to announce that the resolutions set outin the Notice of the Seventh Annual General Meeting ("7th AGM") dated 4 May 2018were duly passed at the 7th AGM of Tune Protect Groupheld earlier today.
All the resolutions were approved by way of poll at the 7th AGM. The results of the poll were validated by Messrs Symphony Corporatehouse Sdn. Bhd., the Independent Scrutineer appointed by Tune Protect Group. The details of the poll results are set out in the attachment.
