The Board of Directors of Serba Dinamik Holdings Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce thatresolutions as set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting of the Company dated 30 April 2019 and tabled at the said Annual General Meeting held on 20 June 2019 were duly passed by poll. The results of the poll areset out in the attachment below.
The Board of Directors is also pleased to annouce that the poll results have been duly verified by the Independent Scrutineernamely, Asia Securities Sdn Bhd.
