The Board of Directors of Tiger Synergy Berhad ("Company") is pleased to announce that at the Eighteenth Annual General Meeting held on 26 December 2013 at 11.00 a.m., the shareholders of the Company have unanimously approved all the matters and resolutions inclusive of those resolutiions under Special Business stated in the Notice of Meeting together with the notes thereon. The Directors namely Mr. Chua Eng Chin and Mr. Chew Chee Bor who retire pursuant to Article 71 and Article 77 of the Articles of Association of the Company respectively were duly re-elected as Directors of the Company.
