The Board of Directors of Tomei Consolidated Berhad wishes to announce that all resolutions as set out in the Notice of the 14th Annual General Meeting ("AGM") dated 19April 2019were duly passed at the AGM held today, 13May 2019.

The resolutions were voted on by poll and the results of the poll were verified by Lawco Corporate Services Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company.

The results of the poll is attached herewith.
