The Board of Directors of Harn Len Corporation Bhd ("HLC") is pleased to announce that at the 14th Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company held on Wednesday, 18 June 2014, the shareholders of HLC have duly passed all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of the 14th AGM of HLC dated 27 May 2014 by way of show of hands except for Resolution Nos. 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20 and 21 which were conducted by way of poll.
