Outcome

TheCompany wishes to announce that at itsTwenty FifthAnnual General Meeting ("25thAGM") held on9December 2016, the shareholders of the Company had approved all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of the25thAGM dated28 October 2016.

The voting in respect of the resolutions was carried out by way of a poll and the results were validated by Symphony Merchant Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company. Details of the said results are set out in the attachment.
