Gadang Holdings Berhad ("the Company") is pleased to announce thatall the resolutions as set out in the Notice of 23rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Companydated 29 September 2016, were duly approved by the shareholders of the Company by way of poll at the 23rd AGM held on 3 November 2016. The results of the poll were duly verified by Coopers Professional Scrutineers Sdn Bhd, the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company.
