The Board of Directors of WCT Holdings Berhad ("WCT" of "the Company") is pleased to announce that all the resolutions proposed at the Company's Eighth Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held on Wednesday, 12 June 2019, were duly passed by the shareholders of the Company by way of poll.
The results of the poll were verified by Boardroom Corporate Services Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Boardroom Corporate services (KL) Sdn Bhd), the Independent Scrutineers appointed by the Company.
