Big boss pavilion is recovering.... Hope wct property management is doing well also, to be compensate construction and property development segment.

Wct NTA is 2.19, bulk of the assets are shopping malls and PJ land banks. Construction business and property business are in deep shxt. Only shopping malls are recovering. Share price is cheap but don't know when fully recover.

A lot of money generated is paying as interest of loans because of high gearing. The gearing is getting lower but still not at comfortable level. Long way to go for wct.

Waterfall...biggest holder still STUCK @ 2.50. Even averaging down so many shrs in '20-'21 his cost is well above $1.50

Haha ha.. Analyst also don't know where wct is heading to, and hoping on subang Airport regeneration ... NTA 2.21....selling at 0.43......don't know when wct can turn around.... I think the big boss also sakit kepala and sakit hati after bet on wct.....

If based on forward eps 8 x pe 8 , the fair value in 2023 will be rm 0.64 . Now price 0.425 consider undervalue .........
