近年SAPNRG的业绩令人失望：股价也gg，从高点4.80 到低点0.48，跌了90%。如果一位员工的表现差，不搁职也会被减薪。哪里可以继续享有高薪。
事情闹得沸沸扬扬，看看一些国外的CEO 他们的薪金，对比一下。
首先，世界首富Amazon CEO 兼创办人Jeff Bezos ，身家资产$1120亿美元。
根据salary.com 资料，Jeff 的年薪$168万美元（大约RM680万）。才沙里尔的十分之一，难道他比Jeff强十倍？

美国金沙集团Las Vegas Sands Corp的CEO，Sheldon G. Adelson年薪$2610万美元，大约是林国泰的三分之二罢了。

他是通过持有公司股票，获得股息多达13.9亿元港币。以股息根据持股数量分配比较公平。每位股东都获得持股比例的股息。
林国泰的高薪，也有很多小股东不满，可是无可奈何。
看TheEdge的调查，大马很多CEO年年拿高薪，而没有为股东们创造财富。是小股东悲哀。作为小股东，应该找那些愿意与小股东分享的公司，分享成果。

Look at the Japanese corporate top management.... they are not like the US. Our msian corporates are adopting the top mgmt remuneration scheme of the US bcos most of our Msian corporates engage US consultant companies and these stupid consultants will always make the top management happy for their fat pay and perks.
