What is JAG value after the recent Bonus Issue? Details as below:

“The Bonus Shares will be listed and quoted on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Tuesday, 25 June 2024, being the next market day after the Entitlement Date.

The enlarged share capital of JAG after the issuance of the Bonus Shares is RM203,171,882 comprising 752,138,792 JAG Shares (including treasury shares).

This announcement is dated 24 June 2024.”

If we divide RM203,171,882 with 752,138,792; roughly will get RM0.27, very close to the adjusted price of RM0.28 after the ex-date.
