FKLI ended with a strong rebound yesterday by foreign fund buying and uncertainty removed after Msia parliament dissolved. US stock market once rallied around 400pts but pulled back its gains near market close, ended with only slight gains, FKLI may gap down today.

 

Daily chart show a sharp correction from divergence between candles & RSI and traded below middle line of BB, show no rebound signal yet. In hourly chart, FKLI rebounds from RSI oversold and likely to retest previous high 1st.

 

 Classic Support & Resistance 

Resistance: 1860 1867 1876.5

Support: 1846 1830 1821.5 

 

 Recommend Trading Plan for the day:

1. If price retrace 1st, find a buy signal near yesterday low of 1831, stop 1829.

2. Look for sell signal if break below 1846.

Intraday     MYR 2000

Overnight  MYR 4000

Spread       MYR 500
