Previous Close: 1640 +15
FKLI lifted higher to test 1640 level on yesterday on the back of foreign fund buying and recovery in foreign market. US stock market dropped again with more than 450pts losses last night, FKLI may gap down and test support.
4H chart showed FKLI testing rebound from a RSI bullish divergence, close above 1640 to trigger more upside .
*Classic Support & Resistance*
Resistance: 1656.5 1669.5
Support: 1626.5 1609.5
*Recommend Trading Plan for the day*
1. Trade in range 1615-1645
2. If expect FKLI to track weakness in US market, sell 1635, stop 1638, profit 1632/1629/1626
3. Look for buy signal above 1645
