《《 前不久美股触碰熔断机制（Circuit breaker），但什么是熔断机制？ 》》
相信大家都知道美国在星期一经历了近两千点的暴跌并经历了史上第二次熔断,可是很多人都不知道什么是熔断，那我们今天就来谈谈这个熔断机制。
熔断机制（Circuit breaker）指的是在股票市场的交易时间中，当价格波动的幅度达到某一个限定的目标（熔断点）时，对其暂停交易一段时间的机制。
听起来好像有点复杂，其实就是我们讲的“烧FIUS”，Fius烧了我们就要换Fius才能通电，这个熔断也是一样就让股市暂停交易好让投资者冷静冷静,再来做决定。还有一点是这个熔断不是说在跌的时候才有，大盘涨太多也是会有的哦。
那么多少算多呢？ 在美国就分成3个等级：
Level 1 halt (7%)
• Trading will halt for 15 minutes if drop occurs before 3:25 p.m.
• At or after 3:25 p.m.—trading shall continue, unless there is a Level 3 halt.
Level 2 halt (13%)
• Trading will halt for 15 minutes if drop occurs before 3:25 p.m.
• At or after 3:25 p.m.—trading shall continue, unless there is a Level 3 halt.
Level 3 halt (20%)
• At any time during the trading day—trading shall halt for the remainder of the trading day.
那么马来西亚的股市有没有这样的机制呢?
答案是有的。马股的熔断也是3的等级，但是%就不一样。 是10%，15% 和20%。 详情可以参考下图。
那么马来西亚的股市有没有烧过FIUS呢？是有发生过，就在12年前。不知道是有幸还是不幸，笔者经历过那段惊心动魄鬼哭神嚎的场面。那时的盛况到现在都历历在目，有机会再来细谈。
