Reference is made to the circular to shareholders of TPC dated 25 August 2015 (“Circular”), the Abridged Prospectus dated 21 December 2015 (“Abridged Prospectus”) and the announcement dated 4 February 2016 in relation to the Regularisation Plan (“Announcement”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Circular, Abridged Prospectus and the Announcement shall apply herein.

IPS wishes to inform that, on 13 July 2016, IPS had on behalf of the Company, submitted an application to Bursa Securities for the following:

(i)    waiver for TPC to comply with Paragraph 5.2 (c) of PN17 of the MMLR; and

(ii)   early upliftment of TPC from its PN17 status,

collectively referred to as the “Application”.

The Application is subject to Bursa Securities’ approval. An announcement will be made once the Company receives a decision from Bursa Securities in respect of the Application.
