Time fly when we are having fun!

Penta now close at HKD 1.14. Trading at forward PE of around 7 times.

The immediate resistant is around HKD 1.20, which is also the 52 weeks high. Looking at the momentum, this is just a road bump.

The real test is around HKD 1.40, which is also the all-time high set in March last year. Can Penta cross this resistance? Penta has grown to be the largest position in my portfolio and I’m still adding. Obviously, my bet is it will and most likely pretty soon. The valuation supports the optimism.

Where to after breaking the all-time high? We’ll cross the bridge when we get to the river. Until then, 共勉之！
