Yesterday, the body of a missing American sailor involved in the crash between a merchant and naval vessels off Singapore waters was found. Some 10 sailors are said to have gone missing in the incident.While there is an on-going search and rescue operation, larger questions about the Japan-based U.S. destroyer USS John S. McCain as part of the US Seventh Fleet have emerged.
