Its an understatement and misunderstanding to say it is merely about freedom of expression......

It is all about a set of laws not designed to protect justice but designed to intimidate and silence any opposition voices, to protect the status quo and stop changes because any voice can be construed as fake news as long as they don't like it, it is fake news. ...even if it is jokes, satire and humor.

Genuine fake new is a problem but this is bringing a sledge hammer to the problem
