Automation isn’t new and it certainly isn’t inevitable, but is there a limit to what we should allow robots to do? In South Korea, baristas are being replaced by robots, taking away a highly “human” element from the equation. It begs the question - are good cafes made better by the experience, and its people, or merely its line of beverages?
