KUALA LUMPUR (April 8): MBSB Bank Bhd is discontinuing its e-wallet platform, effective from May 31.

In a statement on Monday, the bank said the strategic decision is aligned with the bank’s ongoing efforts to optimise and streamline its digital offerings.

“MBSB Bank remains dedicated to providing exceptional service and innovative financial solutions.

“Customers can continue to utilise the M Journey online banking, MBSB Bank’s DuitNow QR and online banking wallet (OBW) platforms for seamless transactions,” it said.

MBSB Bank said that all outstanding balances in the e-wallet accounts will be refunded to the respective account holders.
