Wall Street fell on Friday, pulled down by Exxon Mobil Corp and JP Morgan Chase & Co as investors wrapped up a strong quarter and weighed whether corporate earnings reports will justify the market's lofty valuations.


Hong Kong stocks slipped on Friday, with no inflows from mainland markets due to a coming holiday and investors balancing their positions at the end of the first quarter. China markets will be close today and tomorrow for Tomb Sweeping Day while Hong Kong markets will be close tomorrow for Ching Ming Festival.

Plan A : Above 24282, do nothing

Plan B : Below 24073, do nothing

Plan C : Attempt selling if market remain trading below 24216

Plan D : Cut above 24282

Plan E : Consider buying if market holds above 24073 and rebounds

Plan F : Cut below 24073

Market performed rather weak before going into the weekend last Friday. Market is expected to open unchanged today in search of a clearer market direction. Only a convincing push above 1747.5 would give more assurance to the buyers that market is still on the uptrend. Otherwise, more selling activities could kick in.

Plan A : Attempt buying if market stays firm above 1747.5.

Plan B : Cut below 1743

Plan C : Consider selling if market surges but fails to breach above 1751

Plan D : Cut above 1754.5

FCPO erased the gain on Friday morning, followed by a tumble to low of 2645 in a progressive manner. Dalian is closed today and soybean oil is slightly positive while Ringgit stays at RM4.42 against the greenback.

Plan A : Sell if market rebounded and resisted around 2674. Targets are 2659, 2636, 2613 and 2580.

Plan B : Buy only if market supported firm above 2674. Targets are 2689 and 2704.

Plan C : Above 2689, no fresh position.

Plan D : Below 2659, no fresh position.
