U.S. stocks closed little changed on Tuesday, as investors stayed on the sidelines ahead of first-quarter earnings season and remained cautious over President Donald Trump's ability to deliver on promises such as tax reform.

Hong Kong stocks rose on Monday, with infrastructure-related stocks surging on news that Beijing plans to set up a special economic zone in the heavily polluted province of Hebei. Hong Kong market will resume trading today after closed for Ching Ming Festival yesterday.

Plan A : Above 24375, do nothing

Plan B : Below 24073, do nothing

Plan C : Attempt buying if market stays trading above 24189

Plan D : Cut below 24073

Plan E : Consider selling if market surges but fails to breach above 24375

Plan F : Cut above 24444

FKLI

FKLI seems caught in a consolidation stage with listless trading seen yesterday. Market might opens slightly higher today but sustainability of it would be questioned. Failure to trade firmly above 1751 will prompt more selling after a higher opening unless market successfully stay resilient for the rest of the day.

FCPO

FCPO took a slow walk down South on Tuesday with minimal intraday movement. Dalian and soybean oil are rather mixed today while Ringgit stays at RM4.42 against the greenback. Market remain bearish mode, however, the selling interest is not aggressive enough to pull the prices lower. Prices likely to consolidate further in this case.
