营收2,678万令吉较2017年同期的3,445万令吉低22％。由于收入下降及营运开支增加，盈利609万令吉较2017年同期的970万令吉低37​​％。

由于工程和水表部门贡献的利润下降，税前利润比上一季度下降了61％。

前景：
手上总值达53.8亿令吉的订单将在中期内提供盈利能见度。

Engineering:
Revenue of RM72.99m was 23% lower as compared to RM94.97m for the corresponding quarter in 2017 due to the completion of a few projects in 2017. Furthermore, revenue was not recognised for the LRT3 project. Profit of RM21.31m was 3% lower as compared to RM22.04m for the corresponding quarter in 2017. This was due to the share of profit from the LRT3 project which is presented after tax and the completion of a few projects in 2017.

Metering:
Revenue of RM26.78m was 22% lower compared to RM34.45m for the corresponding quarter in 2017. Profit of RM6.09m was 37% lower as compared to RM9.7m for the corresponding quarter in 2017, due to lower revenue and higher operating expenses.

Profit before tax is 61% lower than the preceding quarter due to lower profit contributed by both the Engineering and Metering divisions.

Prospects:
Outstanding order book of RM5.38b will provide earnings visibility in the medium term.
