Comments: The group’s announcement of a special dividend of 3 sen per share is not surprising as we believe that the group is looking to maintain its dividend policy of payout ratio at least 50% of PAT. With this special dividend of 3 sen per share, the group’s total dividend payment per share will increase to 23 sen per share, which translates into a 51% dividend pay-out ratio. We maintain our earnings forecast for now. Maintain HOLD with unchanged TP of RM8.95.
