translated to Al Yahfa Street. There's a A lulu street about 1km away
Why does the company put a wrong address on its website? does the building move? or cityhall alter streets name? or this is AD way in writing address?
#update 30Jun2021 : 17,000 new Abu Dhabi street names: How it works - News - Emirates - Emirates24|7 (emirates247.com) states under new address system, streets are being asigned number. the office address numbers do tally with marina building plaza on map

I dont feel this is a usual way for a company to set up their corporate email.a subdomain under onmicrosoft.com

chaired by H.E.ENGINEER SALAH SALEM BIN OMAIR AL SHAMSI (H.E = his excelency)
Not sure if he is the same guy as abve, but the company shares the same address as Liwa Investment Holding
seems to match with the guy featured on SD website too
Upon browsing their Gallery LIWA Petroleum & Industrial Supplies (groupliwa.com)
To me, either the company signage is poorly photoshop into the picture, or slanted signage placement is part of Abu Dhabi unique culture.
Here's an image of Marina Plaza Building from Google (could be different angle of the building as the facade looks different)
The flags are just my personal view based on what I found online, not recommendations for buy/sell/hold or avg down.
I dont have vested interest in Serba Dinamik as of the date of this post. I suggest investors to take a proactive approach to dig deeper beyond the accounting numbers.

if you come to UAE and suspect LIWA group's existence because you cant find street name matching with google address, they will start contemplating to place you in a mental institution

You would be surprised to find that Block 7 LLC was registered on 25/3/2020 and EFIRE was registered on 26/3/2020 in UAE business registry, just one day apart. This is another red flag for me.

The findings is just personal red flags, its doesn't point to non-existance.
If anyone strip off this projects, and value rest of SD project based in Malaysia over their financials to see how much it's worth, please share.

ipohwhitecoffee Efire is in Marina Plaza, its a different building. FDSS address on google does mark as alulu street, which means maybe Abu Dhabi does has a different address system.

no one ever bother to ask whether the products carried by LIWA is still under their distributorship.
I used to carry Larsen & Turbo, or L&T is the local brand here in Malaysia which I used to design and supply for local Shell projects here in Sabah.
Instead of following the trail of suppliers and money and projects, it is much easier just to do a google search and compare faces.

Blogger is correct..i was doing my own search before i saw this article. Frm the efire capital webpage, the webpage link to twitter are false. No acct in twitter. Frm webpage link to Google it was not so accurate, did some google map street search, it does end up in Lulu street, Marina Plaza building (NEXT TO AL RAHAT MEDICAL CENTRE). Area surrounding the building are like apartment,
Question to ponder, if the contract is legit as mentioned, why create fake link acct? Why company webpage info is so half-ass effort created? About company info written too lack of info that seems like a scam webpage or shell company. Why photoshop signboard when google street show it is clearly not there?
It is scary as a trader, to see serba dinamik who is the mother for handful of penny stocks in bursa, is making such show. Noted that it's price is attractive for many people who think this is like some emerging balck horse stock, but i really hope we do not pick up horse shit instead of black horse.
Since project link to Abu Dhabi Arab, feels like some deja vu feeling again after crazy 1MDB..
Just voicing out my thought..up to you all to decide..hope you all able to make some good profit with other stocks during these hard time..hope to see more useful blog like this.

I updated the post on Flag #1, the street numbering of the Liwa investment does tally with what its actually stated on Google Map, just the street name is misleading.

Serba needs KPMG 's help for the EY review which means Serba will have to drop the legal suit against KPMG otherwise no help.
