What happens?
When Cash Settlement price > Exercise price = In-The-Money (ITM). Warrant has value at expiry & is automatically exercised.
When Cash Settlement price < Exercise price = Out-of-The-Money (OTM). Warrant expires worthless.

Say, you purchased 100,000 PCHEM-C10 warrants.
Exercise price: RM7.10
Exercise ratio: 3.5 warrants to 1

Cash Settlement Amount
= Number of PCHEM-C10 exercised x [(Cash Settlement Price - Exercise Price) / Exercise Ratio ]
= 100,000 x [(7.14-7.10) / 3.5]
= RM1,142.86 approx

* Cash Settlement Price of RM7.1400 is the average daily volume weighted average price (VWAP) of the ordinary shares of PCHEM for 5 market days prior to Expiry Date.

* Cash Settlement Amount will be delivered by ordinary post within 7 market days from Expiry Date
