Below is what I gather and they might not be very accurate and most companies cross own each other especially BJLand.
I would put estimation around 0.10 for all these operations it own. And moving towards 2014, I estimated its earnings around EPS=0.17, with even growing BJLand, BJFood and 7eleven.
Out of all my estimation on its net-net value to be around RM0.84 after applying some 25% discount due to its status as holdings company.
I am not suggesting this as my new NWC stocks yet, but to be sure it has huge potential moving forward next few years and I think worth our studies:-
1. Out of all, Cosway remains the most encouraging company being expanding into US and European zone. VT himself expected some aggressive figures for this company if you read recent press speech he has.
2. Umobile listing-This is yet to be seen injected into BJCorp. I am still not sure it is appearing anywhere in the book? But recently some unusual movement on Redtone by VT seems to hint something.
3. BJFood expanding aggressively with more acquisition on Starbucks, also Kenny Roger as read is expanding more stores in China, and also other countries like India, Indonesia etc.
4. 7Eleven expanding its stores while we saw recently aggressive renovation in all their stores. They are upsizing their competition with others such as 99speed mart and also KKMart.
5.BJAuto is generating encouraging sales. Younger generation prefer Mazda, Lexus, Audi, Volkswagen compared to BMW, Mercedes.
6. BJLand successfully expanding their capacity with huge profits noticed. Their building operation went well with more pipeline projects coming such as Menara Bangkok Bank, Ritz Carlton residence, China's Megamall at size of Time Square, etc. Not forgetting also its Korea Jeju Island going to be hot cakes soon. So do you think REITs a possible in future?
7. VT mentioned that he is keen to the latest hot cake of Solar Power earnings. Expect he will act fast and the operation will form parts of this BJCorp.
8. MOL planning to list in US for some RM420mil with facebook as its jewel in crown.Same, I did not see MOL appearing anywhere in BJCorp yet.
Finally if you have more inputs, feel free to comment here as this is a damn huge conglomerate in making!
