末季净利翻倍 柏威年产托派息4.12仙

（吉隆坡15日讯）租金调整带来更多收入，推动柏威年产托（PAVREIT，5212，主板产业信托股）末季净利大涨99.4%，达3亿3518万2000令吉；宣布派息4.12仙。
截至12月杪末季，营业额起4.5%，报1亿77万令吉。
全年净利则扬56%，达5亿1047万5000令吉；营业额也攀涨7.1%，报4亿209万2000令吉。
柏威年产托表示，末季营业额走高归功于早前的租金调整。另外，产业营运开销及管理成本走高，也为公司带来更高收入。
该公司宣布派息4.12仙，将2014财年每单位股息推高至7.96仙。
消费税即将开跑、令吉走软和通胀压力均使消费者情绪疲弱，该公司预计，今年零售领域的挑战依旧。
