If you are latecomer in glove sector, which glove counter should you buy?

Let us make it quick and short. I choose COMFORT among the glove makers with only 1 reason.

If you look at the recent chart of COMFORT. It is a bit scary because it shot up too fast. But if you look at second glance, you will find out that COMFORT only gained 33% within 52 weeksIt started uptrending at RM0.75 and trading at RM1.00 recently.

So what does it mean? It means the downside risk of COMFORT is very low. Let us say the worst scenario it drops from RM1.00 to the lowest RM0.75, then how much you lose? The answer is max. 25.0%.

So if you can take this risk (max. lose 25.0%, potential upside unknown), maybe COMFORT is a

good glove counter to consider since Wuhan Coronavirus speading very fast. Moreover, COMFORT is

the rising star in local glove industry instead of four heavenly kings which named Harta,

TopGlove, Kossan and Supermax. COMFORT has more room to grow since its capital is the

smallest among them.

This is NOT a buy call, please study COMFORT properly before you make your decision.

COMFORT is a small cap. Just like SUPERMX in small cap when H1N1 happened in 2010.

How can the 52 weeks low be considered as the maximum risk? 52 weeks is how long it takes for Earth to circle the Sun, does that tell you anything about how much a stock can or cannot fall?

Maybe he himself has fully invested in confort gloves and needs more investors to support and pushed up the price .

In terms of a speculative punt, lets say 1-2 month time frame tops,

EV is still positive i think.

BullRUN2021

This pandemic runs beyond the short-term run for comfort.
Despite finding cure or pandemic stops, the increasing use of gloves will surely continue. Good time for comfort to ride on the waves to be one of the big players.
China usage of gloves per GDP is lower as compared to developed country, therefore, more reason for the growth of glove sector.
Comfort is one of the better performing glove players in the market with a young management and an eagerness to be the next tycoon.
Do your research and bet big once you find the right stock.
Now the ball game in on comfort, go comfort glove.

Left COMFORT still under 20 PE. Just compared COMFORT with RUBEREX. Both of them are small cap & rising stars in glove industy.

5.55 sen x 20 = RM1.11
5.55 sen x 30 = RM1.67
