Opportunity for Palette Multimedia?
After the news of Mr. Wong selling his stakes of Palette Multimedia on yesterday adopted as link below, investor rushed to dump the shares like no tomorrow. In fact, I feel that very funny, all sort of comments we can hear off about the company. Some say the company is “Goreng Stocks” and worst some say will bankruptcy and back to 5cents. Is seems ridiculous, right?
Firstly, let us do some homework since the price under correction mode.
1. Do the fundamental of the company deteriorate?
2. Someone in the management like the Managing Director or Financial Controller left the company?
3. Contract termination?
Based on the current announcement from Bursa, the answer is NO. Obviously now, the investors is irrational and offer a great bargain for fundamentalist. It is a great discount from peak 0.515. If not I don’t think have opportunity to buy at low.
Same Situation happen on Frontken dated 10/23/2017
I remembered there is once like this situation happen towards Frontken on 7th August 2017, the share price plunge from 42 cents to 27 cents. That time many investors also selling like no tomorrow. However, someone do benefit from the plunge who are willing to buy at discount and the price now is at historical high again. Thanks for selling to us at a discount!
Tonight, let us discuss about future prospect and their project awarded in hand. The company is engaged in technology healthcare business and offers high growth based on current financial performance. I already summarize the contract in hand as below. The company is transparency with their project in hand and not sure how many company can do that like them?
Based on the project in hand, we can make some projection that the earnings would be good for the company this year. Highlighted in yellow already recognize in the profit of the year.
To make the story short, let us see the prospect below:
Summary
It is a normal for an investor like Mr W to take profits when he feel comfortable to sell it. As an investors like us, we need to be rational and do our own homework to make judgement whether the valuation of stocks is undervalue or overvalue. If not, we hard exercise own judgement whether to sell or buy a stocks.

Fully agreed with HoselGoh. Total value of contract awarded since March 2017 is 50m. 7.8m revenue was booked on 1Q18 with net profit of 3m. Revenue for 2Q18 is projected to be higher at 12m with forecast income of 4.5m.
EPS for two quarters of 2018 is around 2.11 cents annualized to 4.22 cents. Based on total share issued of 361m, PER for 2018 is 8.4 at current price of 0.355. Very cheap.

FORECAST?????? NEVER add analysis with FORECAST.
Value of company should be come from last 5 years and next 5 years.
This counter still need 5 years or at least 8 quarter to prove it value.

JN88 your method is suitable for solid and stable business. I'm a high risk taker and I prefer high growth stocks. If I had to wait for 5 years, I think I will miss out a lot of opportunity. Hope you will success in your investing method.

just wondering if anyone knows how is palette related to united crest? is it a subsidiary or is united crest shareholder in palette? and since palette requested to rename their company ucrest.
Also seen in articles that IHH is a shareholder in united crest? does that mean that imedic product may reach out in the future to IHH related hospitals?
