Since few days ago our prime minister announce the 20b news, everyone is happy over this because this could ease the bearish situation on our klci. 

This make a lot investor believe that, this can lead a lot people to take opportunity to buy in earlier, to sell higher when the 20b pump into our market. 

However, from the behaviour on past few days, we can see that the local is selling much more than the foreigner. The thing is, everyday our market turn over only 2b. Which mean that, the 20b fund is only performing on the first day they release the news.

So what happened to this? Where is the 20b? Let's see back when our index drop into 1550 previously, the foreigner is sold heavily to the local rapidly. In this case, what i suspect the local itself is trying to use the news dispose all the stock to the foreigner. So the local can be sell higher to foreigner.

So in the result, now the trend of the klci might be bearish, might be bullish

Bearish - The foreigner has been conned one time, this will hit the confidence of the foreigner and temporary withdraw from this market.

Bullish - The 20b might be pump into market anytime. 

In the market war, there is a lot uncertainly, in this case, when we see the bearish momentum on the current, tomorrow might be change into bullish, please be careful.

In the result, where is the 20b, we got no idea. Below is the all possibilities.

1) 20b is missing like 1DMB, said pump but in the end enter self pocket.

2) 20b pump into market, but government will buy on the crony companies. (Don't expect them to buy others stock)

3) 20b will withdraw back to the funder without any declarion. Government release this news just want to pump the confidence of the investor without using any cost.
