Ismail Sabri: Cabinet line-up to be announced later this week

PETALING JAYA: The Cabinet line-up will be announced later this week, says Prime Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob.
Bernama reported him saying this while visiting several disaster areas in Kedah, including the Tupah Bridge, Taman Lembah Merbok and the Tupah water plant on Monday (Aug 21).
Speaking during the visit, Ismail Sabri also announced that RM5,000 cash assistance will be given to the families of those who died while assistance of RM500 will be given to affected individuals in Yan and Merbok.
He also said that RM75mil will be allocated to repair damaged infrastructure in both districts.
This visit is Ismail Sabri's first official visit following his swearing-in as the ninth Prime Minister last Saturday.
In his maiden speech on Sunday (Aug 22), Ismail Sabri asked everyone to work as one “Malaysian Family” to join in the recovery of the nation and fight the Covid-19 pandemic.
