AS politicians try their best to help flood victims following their abysmal response to the devastating catastrophe, netizens took to social media to mock Finance Minister Datuk Tengku Zafrul Abdul Aziz’s attempt.  

In a picture that went viral on social media, Tengku Zafrul was seen posing with a supposed flood victim, handing out goodies.  

What tickled the funny bones of Twitterverse was that the aid was packaged in a bag with Tengku’s Zafrul’s name on it, in addition to an insignia resembling his name.  

(If you don’t indicate your name on the bag, the angels won’t know who to reward in the Afterlife right?)  

User Lofi Ramli upped the ante by saying:

(One bag equals to one reward…so the angels had written)  

Netizen #Afiqtion added:

(The logo on the bag doesn’t look good. Please get a professional designer to amend it. Only then the angels will give you bonus rewards)

However, other netizens were unamused with Tengku Zafrul’s attempts and told him to improve on his work as the country’s finance minister.  

(Tengku Zafrul, go and do your job as finance minister. Try to understand that flood victims lost everything and you should figure out ways to expedite the RM1,000 aid money)
