Selling pressure on the FBM KLCI resumed and the key index ended in the negative territory led by Genting and Hong Leong Financial Group. Also, crude oil prices may consolidate sideways after a strong gapped up candle yesterday, which has put some pressure on the index heavyweights like SapuraKencana and Petronas Chemical. Nevertheless, construction sector stayed strong for the day – Oka Corporation increased 7.0 sen and Protasco up 4.0 sen.
