The FBM KLCI (+1.12%) rebounded from morning session's losses, snapping an eight-day losing streak as bargain hunting activities emerged despite mixed regional performances ahead of the US FOMC outcome. Market breadth was neutral as the gainers and losers ratio stood at 1-to-1. The majority of the sectorial indices traded in a positive undertone, led by the plantation sector (+2.27%) as SIMEPLT (+27.0 sen), KLK (+50.0 sen), and IOICORP (+5.0 sen) rallied.
