The FBM KLCI (+0.77%) ended in the positive region in tandem with the regional benchmark indices, while the futures on Wall Street is currently higher ahead of the US PPI data release later. The market breadth was positive with advancers led decliners by a ratio of 3-to-2. On the 13 sub-sectors, plantation (-0.07%) is the only lagging sector, while the healthcare (+1.53%), property (+1.03%) and technology (+1.01%) sectors were the leaders. Glove companies contributed mostly to the positive performance of the healthcare sector.
