FBM KLCI: 1,451.94 pts (-2.50pts, -0.17%)

The FBM KLCI has traded off the intraday high of 1,463 zone and formed an inverted hammer candle as investors could be taking profits ahead of the public holiday tomorrow; most of the telecommunication stocks such as AXIATA (-22.0 sen), CDB (-5.0 sen) and MAXIS (-6.0 sen) were traded lower. Market breadth was neutral with advancers to decliners ratio at 1-to-1. On the broader market, the Technology sector rose 1.44% amid positive performance from the Nasdaq overnight,while the Property and Construction sector gained momentum amid better outlook within the Johor region with the potential revival of KL-SG HSR and the ongoing RTS Link.
