The FBM KLCI ended on a slightly negative tone after the mid term review of the 12th Malaysia Plan as profit taking activities were seen in PCHEM (-23.0 sen), TENAGA (-5.0 sen) and MAYBANK (-2.0 sen). Market breadth was also negative with losers led gainers by a ratio of 5-to-3. Meanwhile, on the broader market, we noticed the commodity sectors such as the Energy (+0.51%) and Plantation (+0.38%) were the leaders for the session; HIBISCS (+3.0 sen) and ARMADA (+0.5 sen) rose firmly for the day with steady Brent oil price hovering above USD90.
