The FBM KLCI (+0.09%) ended marginally higher as follow through buying support persisted from Tuesday's movement and investors could be positioning themselves ahead of the Budget 2024. Market breadth was positive with gainers outpacing losers by 464-to-399 stocks. The Property sector rose 0.49% supported by strong buying interest within IOIPG (+9.0 sen) and OSK (+2.0 sen), while the Telecommunication and Media Sector (-0.60%) fell due to selling pressure in CDB (-4.0 sen), AXIATA (-2.0 sen) & TIMECOM (-7.0 sen).
