Market breadth was positive as gainers outnumbered losers by 557-to-370 stocks. On the broader market, the Telco & Media sector (+1.04%) was the leading sector, led by buying interest within TIMECOM (+4.0 sen) and REDTONE (+9.0 sen), while the Construction sector (-0.72%) declined due to selling pressure in GAMUDA (-6.0 sen) and WCEHB (-3.0 sen).
