1. Professional Qualification - Accountancy [Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants (MICPA)]

Mr. Lee Kok Wei is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants (MICPA), a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) as well as a fellow member of the Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia (CTIM). He was admitted as a member of Asean Chartered Professional Accountant on 31 March 2022. He is a Chartered Accountant (Malaysia), the founder and Chairperson of LKW & Co., a chartered accounting firm established since 1990 and had retired from the firm on 31 October 2021. Currently, he is a director of 2 private limited companies which providing taxation and consulting services. Mr. Lee Kok Wei is also an Independent Non-Executive Director of UMS Holdings Berhad since 3 May 2001 and he is the Chairman of the Audit Committee, Nomination Committee, Remuneration Committee and Risk Management Committee of UMS Holdings Berhad.
