Since March 2019, Mr Ngo has been serving as the Managing Director of Alpha 22 Innovations Pte Ltd, demonstrating long-term leadership and strategic oversight in this role. Prior to this, from July 2017 to January 2019, he held the position of Vice President for Group Business Development at Mi International Pte Ltd.

From May 2014 to July 2017, Mr Ngo served as the Managing Director of Powertech Technology (Singapore) Pte Ltd, overseeing operations and guiding the companys strategic direction. Earlier in his career, between November 2005 and April 2014, he held multiple significant roles at Nepes Pte Ltd, including Chief Operating Officer (COO), Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), and Vice President (VP), showcasing a diverse and dynamic range of expertise in corporate leadership.
