Madam Ng Sze Yen began her career as a Project Engineer at UWC Holdings Sdn. Bhd., where she served from 2006 to 2009. She then advanced to the role of Senior Engineer from 2009 to 2010, followed by her appointment as Assistant Business Development Manager from 2010 to 2011. She was promoted to Business Development Manager, a position she held from 2011 to 2018. In 2018, she transitioned to UWC Berhad as the Head of Operations, serving until 2020, after which she was promoted to General Manager, a role she held until 2024. Madam Ng Sze Yen was promoted to Deputy Group Chief Operations Officer on 3 January 2025.
