Ms. Lim Sew Yang started her career as an Audit Assistant in 1993 and advanced to the role of Audit Manager before leaving in 2001 at a small public accounting firm in Malaysia.

With 30 years of experience in business management and advisory, she has worked across diverse industries, including real estate development, education, legal, manufacturing, and trading.  Her extensive experience covers property development, project management, and property management, where she was responsible for liaising with bankers on bridging loans and end financing, ensuring compliance with the Housing Development Act (HDA) and other relevant regulatory requirements, as well as overseeing administrative and human resource functions.

Ms. Lim most recent role was as the Group Financial Controller at Toyo Ventures Holdings Berhad, where she served from January 2022 to August 2024.
