In 1998, he graduated with Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from University of Sydney, Australia.

In 1999, he joined Patrick Y-Kin Grove and Kensuke Tsurumaru in the formation of Catcha.com Limited and in 2004 became one (1) of the founding members of Catcha Group Pte Ltd (the major shareholder of the Company). He is a Director of iProperty Group Limited since February 2010 and iCar Asia Limited since April 2012. He has been one (1) of the region’s leading experts in migrating advertising and content models to the new media arena. His experience lies in developing fast moving online business models, monetizing online media assets and executing corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings and public listings. He has been a Director of iBuy Group Limited since 28 August 2013.
