Ms Lee Yoke Har ("Ms Lee") joined IOI Group as a Legal Executive in 1996 and was subsequently transferred to the property division to take charge of implementing the International Organisation for Standardisation (IOS) quality management systems. She had since held various positions in IOI Properties Group and was promoted to Senior General Manager, Marketing and Business Development in 2010. On 1 July 2017, she was appointed as an Executive Director and was primarily responsible for supporting, managing and implementing the Groups sales and marketing strategies, and overseeing the product design development, sustainability, corporate communication, information technology digitalisation transformation and risk management functions.
Following her retirement from executive management, she had been re-designated from Executive Director to Non-Independent Non-Executive Director on 1 July 2022.

Ms Lee is the sister of Dato' Lee Yeow Chor and Lee Yeow Seng

Ms Lee holds 6,973,318 ordinary shares or 0.127% (direct interest) and 91,500 ordinary shares or 0.002% (indirect interest) in the Company.
Ms Lee is deemed interested by virtue of her spouse, Lor Ching San's shareholdings in the Company pursuant to Section 59(11)(c) of the Companies Act 2016.
Based on the total number of shares with voting rights of 5,506,145,375 as at 2 November 2023.

Save as disclosed in the Integrated Annual Report 2023 on pages 192 & 193, there is no conflict of interest that Ms Lee has with the Group.
