Mr. Matthew Tee was the Special Assistant to the Group Managing Director of Bina Puri Holdings Bhd., YBhg. Tan Sri Datuk Tee Hock Seng, JP since 1 December 2003. He was appointed as Alternate Director to YBhg. Tan Sri Datuk Tee on 18 December 2007 and held the position of Executive Director from 1 December 2009. He has served as an Administrator of the Chinese Maternity Hospital from 2001 to 2003 and was attached to PriceWaterhouse Coopers as an Auditor from 1999 to 2001.

He is the shareholder of 1,419,625 ordinary shares in Bina Puri Holdings Bhd. He is deemed interested in the following shares:- 27,000 ordinary shares held by his father, YBhg.
