Mr Dennis Ling Li Kuang was a global partner of Arthur Andersen Worldwide from 1984 to 1997. He has over forty years of working experience with knowledge and skills across multiple legal jurisdictions and across multiple industries including transportation and logistics, containerised shipping, port development and management, real estate development, timber and palm oil plantations development, as well as industrial and medical gases manufacturing and trading. He has gained diverse, extensive and valuable experience in public company listing requirements, business development and transformation , strategic engagement, cross-border capital markets transactions, corporate governance, corporate restructuring and corporate finance exercises including fund raising as well as merger and acquisitions. At Hubline Berhad, he is responsible for developing and implementing corporate strategies and making recommendations to the Board of Directors on significant corporate strategic initiatives and operations. He keeps the Board of Directors and market fully informed about material continuous disclosures. He is responsible for maintaining effective risk management and compliance management frameworks. He actively manages relationships with key stakeholders of the Group.
