Mr Tan started his career in Iconic Development Sdn Bhd in 2014 as a Project Manager specialising in construction project management. With his knowledge and commitment, he successfully completed and delivered several projects with the company which include commercial, hotel and residential developments.
He was promoted to Project Director of Iconic Group in 2018 and is currently leading the team in developing new projects in Malaysia. He also has experience in the hospitality sector through his involvement in the management of Iconic Hotel, a 195-room, 4-star hotel in Icon City, Penang.
Family Relationship
Mr Tan Cho Chia is a son of Dato' Seri Tan Kean Tet, the Chairman of the Company. He is also a brother and brother-in-law of Ms Tan Seok Ying and Mr Jason Chung Wei Chiun, the Executive Directors of the Company.
